They work OK
Everyone who had these at the Eagle River Pond Hockey tournament was bragging about these. I'm a bigger guy and what I found is that they slip off very easily when walking on a slope or in snow resulting in a couple good crashes on my part. I found myself walking in more of a "march" just to make sure they stayed on. When they did stay on, it was very convenient. They should have been designed with a criss-cross strap.
