I've read a great deal of reviews right here about how excellent (most of the testimonials state) and how bad this item (supposedly) is, and based upon the favorable, I purchased one. Delighted I did too! It's been about 4 days. I have actually advised this item to numerous household members. I've desired a title for a very long time. I was delighted by the reviews.
Birthday gift
My grandson loved the skates. They were for his 8th birthday. He is skating with his dad and little sister.
Our son loves his tour skates
Great skate for the price. We could see the difference our sons skating on the first day. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great beginner skate.
Terrible customer service
My daughter used them for a month and the boot of the skate lost its support and went off to the side. When I called to ask for help I was told I would get an email from them as to the procedures for return. After not getting an email after about 5 hours, I called again and this time I was pissed and was transferred to the president of the company. I explained that my daughter needed skates for her championship the following week and that I needed this to get resolved. I told them I would send them over night and if they could do the same...to which the cheap company said they would do what they could.
The skates got to them the next day and they sent a replacement that same day or the next but sent them the cheapest way possible and now my daughter wont be able to skate in her championship because of a company that does not care about customers and making them happy.
I would suggest going with a company that is known for their customer service like ccm or bauer...
