This was a great acquisition, specifically for the rate. I prepared to drop two times the quantity of money on this item. Nice--a scent that doesn't smell worse than the one I'm trying to cover.
A little pricey and the packaging was strange--the ball came basically as you see it in the photo, with a thin "seal" of plastic around the center, but no packaging or information about what it is or how to use it. And it was wrapped in the comics section of the seller's local newspaper. No big deal though--the product is self-explanatory and in a way it was nicer not to have to deal with layers of cardboard and twisty ties and plastic. The scent is great as they claim. Sort of a milder, less offensive version of traditional Bubble Yum. Not cloying at all and does its job of covering the smell of my sweaty gym clothes and shoes very well. It lingers on clean clothes and towels that I keep in my bag for a bit but as soon as I walk outside I don't notice it anymore. I will definitely shell out for more of these in the future.
Worked once
I don't recommend this product. It worked awesome for one use. My hockey gear smelled fresh, even had some people ask how it got so fresh. Half a week later it was like it shut off.
Smells funky
I knew not to expect anything extraordinary from this product but the smell was very funky and it bothered my nose. also I have sensitive skin and It produced several rashes that last for a few days. I had to get rid of them almost as soon as I got them.
