Good but expensive shipping if ordering more than 1
The puck itself is fine and inexpensive but this seller will charge 5 bucks PER puck to ship. No extra packing, just dropped another puck or 2 into the bubble envelope. So I end up paying over 2 times what the pucks themselves cost in shipping. Lame. Should have just bought them at a local sporting goods store.
Live and learn I guess.
3 stars for a decent quality puck (I use them for jacking up cars with pinch welds. I use a dremel to cut a deep notch into one side of the puck for the pinch joint to slip down into while the rest of the puck supports the frame around the weld) but -2 stars for ripping me off on shipping.
Great Hockey Pucks for other Purposes.
I actually bought these for other than Hockey. I use them in my wood shop for cushions for my tools and tables. They are great for that. I drill them and bolt them to the legs of my tool cabinets. They also make great supports for finishing furniture and cabinets.
