Well, after doing a bunch of research and reviewing the testimonials right here and elsewhere, I chose to purchase Tour Hockey Spartan Gx Hocley Helmet with Cage, Red, Large. Though I 'd have liked a much better warranty, I decided the functions were appealing enough to attempt it. It is a bunch of money to get rid of if it fails simply after the guarantee. I am completely in love with this product. It is high quality item, wise functions. I simply got it today, and I will update my review later if required.

I've checked out a great deal of reviews below about how great (many of the reviews say) and how bad this product (supposedly) is, and based upon the favorable, I purchased one. Pleased I did too! It's had to do with 2 weeks. I have recommended this item to numerous family members. I've desired a title for a very long time. I was excited by the reviews.
Fits great
My husband just started playing hockey and received this as a gift. He likes wearing it and says it is very comfortable. His head is on the bigger side but it fits just right and had provided good protection. There are additional pads to insert to adjust to a better fit, but he has not needed them. Good product!
This helmet is awesome!
The padding is ample without being bulky, so it stays lightweight and stylish. The side adjustments really help you to get the right fit so that the helmet stays where it's supposed to (I also went to Tour's website for sizing info). The airholes are spaced out well enough so that it doesn't get too hot and sweaty.
The cage in the front is a nice option, but does add little a bit of weight. I personally am cool with that if it means keeping my teeth in tact. The cage can be taken off, but it is held on by two screws so it does require some tools. There is a chin strap in the cage and a neck strap on the helmet itself.
I believe that if there's one piece of hockey equipment you're gonna spend a little extra on, it should be the helmet. It's an important piece of safety gear that keeps your coconut from cracking, so there's no sense in going cheap. This one is definitely top quality and worth the price.
